Expected General - 113 // OBC - 109

Analysis: Previously, at the point of 160 Responses Expected cut off was General 113/ OBC 108
But after 242 responses, present cut off is General 113/ OBC 109 .
So we may expect original Cut off will be General (113-135) / OBC (109-125)
